Lemon Chicken Piccata with Linguine

Guest Favorite This guest favorite combines tangy lemon sauce with the flavor of capers, herbs and artichoke hearts served over whole chicken breasts and linguine. From fridge to table in less than 30 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Fill large pot 3/4 full with water. Add 1 tsp. salt and cover with lid. Bring to boil. Add pasta and cook 9-11 min. or until desired tenderness. Drain, return to pot, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and toss to coat.
2.Meanwhile, using tongs, remove chicken from bag.
3.Heat medium saute pan with 1 Tbsp. olive oil over med-high heat. Brown chicken 3-4 min. per side.
4.Add sauce ingredients to pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10-15 min.
5.Serve chicken and sauce over linguine.
