Garlic and Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak
Fast Lane Prepared in a Dream Dinners original marinade, this tender flank steak combines the sweetness of molasses with the rich flavors of balsamic vinegar, herbs and garlic. From fridge to table in 15-20 minutes.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1. Preheat broiler or grill. Remove steak from marinade.
2. Broil or grill on med-high heat to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 4-7 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-8 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 6-9 min. per side)
155°F for medium well (about 7-10 min. per side)
3. Remove from heat and let steak rest for 5-10 min. before slicing thinly against the grain at a 45° angle.
Prep time: 15-20 min.
