Fast Lane Prepared in a Dream Dinners original marinade, this tender flank steak combines the sweetness of molasses with the rich flavors of balsamic vinegar, herbs and garlic. Dinner can be on the table in 15-20 minutes.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1. Preheat broiler or grill. Remove steak from marinade.
2. Broil or grill on med-high heat to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 4-7 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-8 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 6-9 min. per side)
155°F for medium well (about 7-10 min. per side)
3. Remove from heat and let steak rest for 5-10 min. before slicing thinly against the grain at a 45° angle.
Prep time: 15-20 min.
