Garlic and Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak

Fast Lane Prepared in a Dream Dinners original marinade, this tender flank steak combines the sweetness of molasses with the rich flavors of balsamic vinegar, herbs and garlic.

Thaw in refrigerator.
1. Preheat broiler or grill. Remove steak from marinade and allow to come to room temperature for 20-30 min.
2. Broil or grill on med-high heat to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 4-7 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-8 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 6-9 min. per side)
155°F for medium well (about 7-10 min. per side)
3. Remove from heat and let steak rest for 5-10 min. before slicing thinly against the grain at a 45° angle.
