Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 350°.
2.Remove pork roast from package and place fat-cap (white) side up on sprayed baking dish. Cut a 1/2 inch deep, crisscross X-pattern into top of roast.
3.Brush pork roast with small bag of spiced glaze and bake for 45 minutes.
4.Drizzle half of the honey mustard sauce over roast, and bake an additional 30-40 minutes. (internal temp. of 145°F.). Remove roast from oven, let roast rest 10 min.
5.Serve with remaining honey mustard sauce.
