Mesa Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Guest Favorite Enjoy the flavors of the American southwest with a lean, juicy pork tenderloin in a light lime marinade infused with tantalizing southwest spices. It's ready to grill or oven bake.

Large Prep time: 35-40 min.

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat GRILL to med heat, OR OVEN to 425°F.
2.Remove pork tenderloin from package and reserve marinade.
GRILL: On rack over med heat 20-25 min., turning often and basting with marinade. Let rest 10 min. before slicing 1/4 thick (internal temp. 145°F).
OVEN: Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Bake tenderloin for 20- 25 min. (Internal temp. of 145°F.). Remove tenderloin from oven, let rest 5-10 min. and slice into 1/2 inch slices.
4.Meanwhile, in a small saucepan heat remaining marinade on high for 5 min. stirring occasionally.
5. Drizzle hot marinade over sliced tenderloin and serve the remainder on the side for dipping.
** Tenderloin can be safely served slightly pink in the center.**
