No-Fuss Soup Mix
A delicious bean and split pea blend to combine with leftover turkey, ham or beef to help you with your gifting opportunities this time of year. We provide a beautiful organza bag and gift tag for an elegant presentation.
1.Rinse beans in colander under cold water. Drain.
2.Chop ½ cup each of celery & carrots, chop 3 cups ham, turkey or chicken.
3.In a large pot, combine beans & lentils, herb mixture, vegetables and 10 cups water; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover & simmer 30 min.
4.Add meat & cook 15-20 min. or until beans are tender.
