Chicken with Honey, Garlic & Orange with Garden Veggie Rice

Family favorite! This unique dinner combines chicken breasts simmered in a warm honey citrus glaze and garlic to create a delicious stovetop meal in just 20 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In sauce pan, add rice and 1 1/8 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 min.
2.Open lid to rice and pour seasoned veggie mix on top. Recover and let cook another 5 min. Fluff with fork to combine and set aside.
3.Heat 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil in sauté pan over med heat.
4.Brown chicken 3-5 min. per side (or grill on med-high heat).
5.Add sauce, cover and simmer 3 min. to glaze chicken (internal temp. 165°F) or baste with glaze while grilling.
6.Serve with Garden Veggie Rice.
