Chicken with Honey, Garlic, and Orange with Garden Veggie Rice

Chicken breasts simmered in a warm honey citrus glaze and garlic served with Garden Veggie Rice.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
FOR RICE: In saucepan, add rice and 1 1/8 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover, and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Add veggie mix bag and fluff with fork.
STOVETOP:
1. Heat 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil in medium sauté pan over medium heat,
2.Brown chicken 3-5 min. per side.
3.Add sauce, cover and simmer 3 min. to glaze chicken (internal temp. 165°F). Serve with Garden Veggie Rice.
GRILL:
1.Preheat grill to med-high heat.
2.Grill chicken on med-high heat for 3-5 min. per side.
3.Baste with glaze while grilling. Serve with Garden Veggie Rice.
