Guest Favorite This favorite combines lightly breaded, natural chicken breasts with our signature slightly sweet orange sauce.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Using tongs, remove chicken from marinade one at a time and add to breading mixture, firmly press breadcrumbs into chicken to evenly coat. TIP: Cut chicken breast with kitchen scissors into bite size pieces and coat with breadcrumbs. Cook as directed.
2.Heat 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil in medium sauté pan over med heat. Brown chicken 3-4 min. per side.
3.Pour sauce over browned chicken, cover with lid, simmer over med-low heat for 8-10 min. (internal temp. 165°F), basting regularly to coat the chicken thoroughly.
4.Remove chicken from pan and drizzle sauce over. Serve.
