Breakfast Bacon Frittata
This quick and easy Italian style omelet is made with diced redskin potatoes, bacon and our shredded Swiss cheese. Great for breakfast or brunch! (Medium Size)
Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 400 F.
2.Remove bag of egg mixture from pan; gently massage in bag. Pour evenly over potato mix.
3.Recover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
4.Remove foil & bake an additional 15 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
5.Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
