Meatloaf Milano with Almond Green Beans

Guest Favorite Lightly seasoned lean ground beef is filled with a creamy layer of Gorgonzola cheese, topped with a rich marinara sauce and served with our buttery Almond Green Beans.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Almond Green Beans per separate cooking instrctions provided*
1.Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. (*Note: can be prepared in a muffin pan and cooked for only 20-25 min.)
2.Put beef into gallon bag with breadcrumbs and mix until well combined.
3.Press 1/2 of the beef mixture in bottom of pan. Sprinkle Gorgonzola (optional) evenly over beef to within 1" of edge; press firmly on cheese.
4.Press remaining beef mixture on top. Top with marinara.
5.Bake in oven 40 min.
6.Remove meatloaf when it is brown and crisp around the edges (internal temp 160°F). Let rest 5 min. before cutting into 1 1/2-inch slices.

Prep time: 55-60 min.
