Pizza Burger Sliders

Guest Favorite Kid approved! These ground beef sliders are specially seasoned and topped with a blend of cheeses, herbed marinara and sliced pepperoni, then served on mini pretzel buns.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Place ground beef in mixing bowl. Add portion cup of burger seasoning and 1/4 cup of herbed marinara. Blend well and equally divide into 6 portions (slightly larger than a golf ball.) Shape into small slider patties, 1/2 inch thick or less.
2.Cook slider patties in a sauté pan on med-high heat for 4-5 min. per side.
3.Meanwhile, add marinara sauce to bowl and microwave 1-2 min. or heat through in small pan on stovetop.
4.Set oven to broiler.
5.Place buns cut side up on baking sheet top bottom bun with slider patty. Top each patty with marinara sauce, cheese and two slices of pepperoni.
6.Place baking sheet in oven and broil until cheese has melted and top is golden, about 1-2 min.
7.Place top bun on patty and serve with any extra marinara on the side.
