Chicken Chipotle Ravioli

Chicken Chipotle Ravioli

Guest Favorite This family favorite combines creamy, cheese filled ravioli and tender all white chicken in our homemade, smoky chipotle marinara pesto sauce.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator or cook from frozen.
THAWED:
1.Bring a large covered pot of water to a boil, add ravioli and cook until all ravioli float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
2.Meanwhile, place chicken and sauce in large sauté pan over med-low heat. Cover and simmer 8-10 min.
3.Combine with ravioli and toss gently to coat.
FROZEN:
1.Bring a large covered pot of water to a boil, add ravioli and cook until all ravioli float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
2.Meanwhile, place frozen chicken and sauce in med saute pan, cover and slowly heat on low until thawed.
3.Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 min to thicken sauce.
4.Place ravioli in serving dish and top with sauce.

Prep time: 10-15 min.
