Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms & Mashed Potatoes

Guest Favorite Sunday Suppers: Chicken breasts are cooked with a savory mushroom and Marsala sauce served over mashed potatoes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Heat large sauté pan with 2 Tbsp. olive oil over med-high heat, add chicken and brown 1-2 min per side.
2.Add mushroom mixture to chicken, reduce heat to med-low, and simmer uncovered 5-8 min until onions are soft.
3.Meanwhile, place mashed potatoes in medium saucepan, over medium heat stirring frequently until heated through and smooth.
4.Add Marsala sauce to chicken and stir to blend, simmer uncovered 5-6 min (internal temp. 165°F). Remove from heat and stir in cream to the Marsala chicken and sauce.
5.Serve chicken and sauce over mashed potatoes.
