Soy Glazed Salmon

Fast Lane Salmon filets are glazed in sweetened brown sugar, lemon and white wine sauce and finished with a little soy for added depth and character. This dish is heart healthy and delicious.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler or grill to med-high.
2.Add glaze to small saucepan and simmer 4-6 min. to reduce liquid. Stir frequently.
3.Remove salmon from package and place on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Brush half of the glaze on the top of each salmon filet. Broil on the cooking sheet or grill 3-4 min., then brush tops of salmon with remaining glaze. Without turning, continue to cook salmon 2-3 min. Serve.
