Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.In a 9x13 baking dish empty contents of Mediterranean sauce into bottom of pan, spread evenly with spatula.
3.Place cod filets on top of sauce. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4.Cover with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake covered for 12-15 min. or until cod is flaky (Internal Temp. 145 degrees). Enjoy!
