Texas Roadhouse Burgers with Salt & Pepper Fries

Texas Roadhouse Burgers with Salt & Pepper Fries

Sweet and tangy burgers with a touch of bacon, topped off with two cheeses, BBQ sauce, and fried onions. Served with Salt & Pepper Fries.

Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Salt & Pepper Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat broiler or grill to high. In a medium bowl, mix beef with bacon mixture. Form 3 patties (slightly thinner in the middle). Return patties to refrigerator to let rest 5-7 min.
2.Broil/grill on high for 4-5 min. Then flip and continue cooking 3-4 min. (internal temp. of 155°F).
3.Toast buns during last 2 min. Top each burger with both cheeses and broil/grill 30 sec. to melt cheese.
4.Place burger on bottom bun, assemble burgers with barbecue sauce, French fried onions, and top bun.
5.Serve burgers with extra barbecue sauce on the side and Salt & Pepper Fries.
