Maple Glazed Pork Roast

Pre-Assembled Maple, stone ground mustard and herbs flavor this lean, roasted pork loin. The secret? A touch of cider vinegar creates this sweet, yet savory, pork roast. Bake slowly for 90 minutes until tender and succulent and let the aromas fill the house.

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 350°.
2.Place pork roast on sprayed roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes (internal temp. 145°F.)
3.Pour glaze into small saucepan and heat over low heat, baste roast with 1/4 cup glaze every 10-15 minutes.
4.Let roast rest 10 min. While resting, increase heat to med-high for sauce pan, and simmer for 4-5 min.
5.Slice pork roast and serve drizzled with sauce.
