TEXMEX BBQ TURKEY WRAPS

Fast Lane We've taken our popular recipe and given it a healthy twist using our delicious pulled turkey flavored with tomatoes, garlic, barbecue sauce and mild salsa. Curb your appetite with these hearty wraps made with warm tortillas filled with white rice & cheddar cheese.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1. In saucepan, add rice and 1 cup water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
2. Meanwhile, place turkey and sauce in med. Saucepan, stir to break up meat, simmer 8-10 min. or until mixture thickens.
3. Heat tortillas in microwave at 10 sec. intervals until warm to touch.
4. Build wraps by placing hot BBQ turkey on lower third of each tortilla, top with 2 Tbsp. cheese and 1/4 cup (or more) of rice. Roll bottom edge of tortilla over ingredients.

EXTRA: There is enough filling that we've provided an extra tortilla for additional wraps if desired.
