1. Place pot roast, carrots and all juices into large baking dish and cover with foil.
2. Bake at 325F, for 55-60 minutes.
3. Add Baby Roasters and continue to cook covered 15-20 minutes until warmed through.
4. Remove from heat and let rest covered for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

From frozen or thawed
1. Spray crookpot with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Add meat with juice, cover with potatoes and carrots.
3. Add 1 inch of water or beef stock to crockpot.
4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours
