Sage Crusted Pork Chops

Guest Favorite A past recipe contest winner! Boneless pork chops are coated in a Parmesan cheese breading mixture, flavored with hints of sage. Prepared on your stovetop in under 25 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Remove pork chops from bag with tongs. Place pork chops one at a time in crumb mixture bag and coat thoroughly, pressing the crumb mixture onto the pork chops.
2.Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large nonstick sauté pan over med-high heat.
3.Add pork chops to pan. Cook 3-5 minutes per side until coating turns dark brown and crispy.

NOTE: Overcooking will cause pork chops to be tough.

Prep time: 15-20 min.
