Sage Crusted Pork Chops

Sage Crusted Pork Chops

Pre-Assembled Boneless pork chops coated in a Parmesan cheese breading mixture, flavored with hints of sage.

Medium Prep time: 10-15 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Add 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt to crumb mixture bag. Remove pork chops from bag with tongs. Place one at a time in crumb mixture bag and coat thoroughly, pressing mixture onto the pork chop.
2.Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large nonstick saute pan over med. high heat.
3.Add pork chops to pan. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until coating turns golden brown and crispy (internal temp. 145°F).
*Overcooking will cause pork chops to be tough.

Medium Air Fryer Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray basket with oil.
2.Add 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt to crumb mixture. Remove pork chops from bag with tongs. Place one at a time in crumb mixture bag and coat thoroughly, pressing mixture onto the pork chop.
3.When the air fryer is ready, place pork chops into the prepared basket and spritz the top with oil. Cook for 5 minutes, flip the pork chops over, spritzing both sides with oil, then cook for an additional 5 minutes (internal temp. 145°F). Note: Overcooking pork chops will make them tough.
