Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Remove pork chops from bag with tongs. Place pork chops one at a time in crumb mixture bag and coat thoroughly, pressing the crumb mixture onto the pork chop.
2.Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large nonstick sauté pan over med-high heat.
3.Add pork chops to pan. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until coating turns golden brown and crispy (internal temp. 145°F.)
NOTE: Overcooking will cause pork chops to be tough.
