New Kid friendly fish! Hints of lemon, garlic and Italian seasonings, blended with tomato, onion and roasted red peppers, add a freshness to this baked cod dinner that leaves you wanting more. All topped with a crispy cheese topping! It's a one pan dinner that bakes in less than 25 minutes!

Large Prep time: 25-30 min.

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove crumb mixture and pan from bag.
2.Bake for 10 min.
3.Remove cover and sprinkle cod with crumb mixture.
4.Continue baking, uncovered, for 8-10 min. or just until cod flakes with fork.
