Rio Grande Chicken Fajitas

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 250°F. Wrap flour tortillas in foil and place in oven for 10-15 min. to warm.
2.Heat large sauté pan over med-high heat, and spray with nonstick cooking spray. When hot, add the chicken and marinade and saute 4 min. Remove from pan and keep warm.
3.Add the vegetables to pan, saute for 5-6 min. until liquid evaporates. Turn the heat to high, add chicken back to pan and stir to combine for 1-2 min.
4.Serve fajitas in warmed tortillas.
