Ranch House Steaks with Creamy Dipping Sauce

Our tender Ranch House steaks are marinated and served with a tangy cilantro and garlic sauce to make the perfect grill out classic.

Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler to med. high heat.
2.Using tongs, remove steaks from marinade. Discard marinade.
3.Broil on med. high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
4.Remove from heat and let steaks rest for 5-10 min. before thinly slicing.
5.Remove creamy cilantro dipping sauce from bag and stir to combine. Serve with sauce on the side.
*NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain lines.
