Pacific Rim Glazed Steak with Wonton Crisps

Fast Lane These Asian inspired steaks are a heart healthy favorite! Aged sirloin is marinated in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame and green onions and served on top of a gorgeous salt and pepper wontons. Cooks in just 20 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place wontons on sprayed baking sheet and place 1 tsp. of oil mixture on each wonton, spread to cover entire wonton. 2. Bake for 6-8 minutes, until lightly brown and crispy. Remove and set aside. 3. Meanwhile, remove steaks from marinade. Grill or broil steaks 3-5 minutes, turn steaks and continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness. 4. Let steaks rest 5 minutes, serve steaks on wonton crisps.
