Pacific Rim Glazed Steak with Wonton Crisps

Fast Lane These Asian inspired steaks are sure to impress! Our tender steaks are marinated in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame, and green onions and served on top of seasoned, crispy wontons. Cooks in just 20 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Place wontons on sprayed baking sheet and place 1 tsp. of oil mixture on each wonton, spread to cover entire wonton.
2.Bake for 5-7 minutes, until lightly brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
3.Meanwhile, remove steaks from marinade. Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side)
4.Let steaks rest 5 minutes, thinly slice against the grain (lines) and serve on wonton crisps.
