Carne Asada Steak Tacos

Carne Asada Steak Tacos

Guest Favorite Tender steak marinated in the perfect blend of garlic, fresh cilantro, jalapeno and a hint of lime, and served with vegetarian refried beans in warmed tortillas.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Remove steaks from marinade, sprinkle with 1/2 of the rub.
2.Grill or broil on med-high heat 5-7 min., flip and sprinkle second side with remaining rub, continue cooking 3-4 min. (until desired doneness).
3.Let steaks rest 5 min., then cut across the grain into thin strips.
4.Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in foil and place on grill or in oven for 3-5 min. to warm.
5.Place refried beans in small saucepan and heat for 3-5 min.
6.Place sliced steak and refried beans in warm tortillas, top with salsa.
NOTE: There is enough filling that we've provided an extra tortilla for additional tacos if desired.
