Thaw in refrigerator.
STOVETOP
1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap pitas in foil and warm in oven. 2.Add desired amount of red pepper flakes to marinating chicken. Massage chicken in sealed bag to coat. 3.Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large sauté pan over med. heat. Using tongs, remove chicken from marinade, place in pan and brown 4-6 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F.) Remove pitas from oven.
GRILL:
1.Preheat grill to med-high heat. 2.Add desired amount of red pepper flakes to marinating chicken. Massage chicken in sealed bag to coat. 3.Remove chicken from marinade with tongs. Grill on med-high 4-6 min. per side (Internal temp 165°F.) 4.Grill pita bread 1-2 min per side until warm.
TO SERVE: Slice chicken breasts into strips. On each pita round, evenly distribute hummus and top with sliced chicken.
