Take your taste buds on a trip to the Orient with this epicurean delight! Sweet mandarin oranges, fresh cilantro and zesty hoisin sauce make this a perfect combination for our tender, juicy steak. Cook it easy in an hour and make time to breathe and enjoy.

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
Best to let rest at room temperature for 30-45 min. prior to cooking.
1. Preheat broiler or grill. Remove steak from marinade.
2. Broil or grill on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125�F for rare (about 4-7 min. per side)
135�F for medium rare (about 5-8 min. per side)
145�F for medium (about 6-9 min. per side)
155�F for medium well (about 7-10 min. per side)
3. Remove from heat and let steak rest for 5-10 min. before slicing, thinly, against the grain at a 45� angle.
4. Add contents of sauce bag to a microwavable container and warm for 1 minute.
5. Top steak with the warmed mandarin sauce and serve.
