Raspberry BBQ Chicken with Almond Green Beans

Guest Favorite Our chicken breasts are pan seared and topped with a delicious raspberry barbeque sauce. Whole raspberries are added to our sauce for a unique freshness.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Almond Green Beans per separate cooking instructions provided. *
1.Heat a medium sauté pan over med-high heat with 2 Tbsp olive oil.
2.Remove chicken from bag and pat dry. Cook each side 2-3 min. until golden brown.
3.Add sauce to chicken and bring to boil. Use a spatula to scrape up any bits on the bottom of the pan. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 8-10 min. until sauce thickens. (Internal temp. 165°F). Remove from heat.
4.Arrange chicken on plate and drizzle sauce over top and serve with Almond Green Beans.
