Chicken breast in a golden Parmesan crust with a rub of parsley, garlic, and lemon.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Oven Roasted Broccoli per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Heat large sauté pan over med. heat, spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Add Parmesan crust mixture. Stir constantly to toast to a golden brown, 2-3 min. Remove from pan and set aside.
3.Spray same pan with nonstick cooking spray, add chicken and brown 5-6 min. per side (internal temp 165°F).
4.Top chicken with Parmesan crust and serve.

Prep time: 15-20 min.
