Sherry Cream Chicken

Sherry Cream Chicken

Guest Favorite Natural chicken breasts are served with a creamy combination of sherry cooking wine, Alfredo sauce, mushrooms and tarragon for a rich, yet low calorie, dinner. Ready in under 30 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Remove chicken from bag, pat dry.
2.In medium sauté pan over med-high heat, spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and brown chicken on each side 3-4 min. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
3.Add mushrooms to pan and sauté 2-3 min., stirring occasionally.
4.Pour in sherry sauce (bag with thinner liquid) and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3-4 min.
5.Add Alfredo/onion mixture, stir to blend. Add chicken, cover and simmer 10-12 min. (internal temp 165°F) .
6.Uncover and turn off heat. Remove chicken from pan and place on serving platter.
7.Add cheese mixture to sauce. Stir until well blended and pour over chicken.
