Cheddar-Filled Mini Meatloaves with Bacon Ranch Green Beans

Guest Favorite Battle of the Best Winner! Short on time? Our cheddar-filled mini meatloaves bake up quickly in muffin pans, making individual meatloaves even the kids will crave. Paired with our signature Bacon Ranch Green Beans, this is a knockout comfort dinner.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Bacon Ranch Green Beans per cooking instructions included.*
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Place ground beef into large seasoning mixture bag, seal and massage to thoroughly combine. Remove from bag and shape into 6 balls. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3.Place a ball into each muffin cup and use your thumb to create a little well in the middle. NOTE: If you don’t have a muffin tin, to form the mini loaves, divide the meat mixture into 6 equal sizes, roll into balls. Place on a foiled lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Press 2 tsp. cheese into the middle of each ball and pinch the top ends together to seal the cheese inside.
4.Spread glaze on the top of each meatloaf. Bake 25-30 min. until brown with crisp edges. Allow meatloaves to rest 5 min.
5.Serve with Bacon Ranch Green Beans.
