Old Fashioned Meatloaf

Guest Favorite This dish has all the nostalgia and comfort of your grandma’s meatloaf, but with none of the hassle! With tender and juicy meatloaf topped with a flavorful chili sauce, our Old Fashioned Meatloaf is sure to be the perfect meal for the whole family to gather around.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Add ground beef to oatmeal mixture bag, re-seal and thoroughly combine contents of bag.
3.If using baking sheet, form meat into 4x6x2" loaf and place on nonstick baking sheet. If using muffin pan, roll meatloaf into 6 balls and place each ball in muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Spread chili sauce evenly over top of meatloaf.
5.Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 min. for muffin pan or 45-55 min. for loaf (internal temp 160°F).

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Add ground beef to oatmeal mixture bag, re-seal and thoroughly combine contents of bag.
3.Spray 9x5 loaf pan or muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. If using 9x5 pan press meatloaf into pan. If using muffin pan, roll meatloaf into 12 balls and place each ball in muffin cup sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Spread chili sauce evenly over top of meatloaf.
5.Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 min. for muffin pan or 55-65 min. for loaf pan (internal temp 160°F).
