Guest Favorite Juicy baked meatloaf topped with a flavorful chili sauce.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Add ground beef and 1/4 tsp. kosher salt to oatmeal mixture bag, re-seal and thoroughly combine contents of bag.
3.If using baking sheet, form meat into 4x6x2" loaf and place on nonstick baking sheet. If using muffin pan, roll meatloaf into 6 balls and place each ball in muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Spread chili sauce evenly over top of meatloaf or mini loaves.
5.For muffin pan, bake uncovered for 25-30 min. For loaf, bake uncovered for 45-55 min. (internal temp 155°F.) Allow meatloaf to rest in pan for 5 min.

3.Spray 9x5 loaf pan or muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. If using 9x5 pan press meatloaf into pan. If using muffin pan, roll meatloaf into 12 balls and place each ball in muffin cup sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Spread chili sauce evenly over top of meatloaf or mini loaves.
5.For muffin pan, bake uncovered for 25-30 min. For loaf pan, bake uncovered for 55-65 min. (internal temp 155°F.) Allow meatloaf to rest in pan for 5 min.
