Mini Potato Pancakes with Lite Ranch Dipping Sauce
Adorable snack sized treats! These mini potato pancakes are great any time of day! We've paired them with a Sour Cream Ranch that's healthy and delicious. (Medium Size)

Instructions
Best if cooked from FROZEN
Spray nonstick pan with non-stick cooking spray. Over medium heat, sauté potato pancakes 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Add the Lite Ranch Dipping Sauce into small bowl. Defrost in microwave in 30 second intervals until thawed. Stir to blend and serve.
(The sauce naturally separates due to freezing/thawing).
