Charhouse Chicken Sandwich with Heirloom Potatoes

Get Outside: Marinated chicken breasts topped with mouthwatering melted cheese and chipotle mayo on a toasted bun.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Heirloom Potatoes per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat.
2.Grill/broil seasoned chicken 5-6 min. per side, until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
3.Evenly distribute cheese on top of chicken and broil/grill an additional 30 sec. to melt.
4.Grill/broil buns to toast until golden (about 1 min.).
5.Massage bag of seasoned mayo to blend and spread on buns. Alternatively, cut corner of bag and evenly distribute onto each bun. Assemble sandwiches and serve.
