Seafood Linguine

Guest Favorite Enjoy layers of authentic flavors from the southernmost island in Italy. Shrimp and whitefish are tossed with pasta and seasoned marinara. Topped with a parsley garlic parmesan blend, this is an easy, delicious gourmet seafood dinner.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Fill large pot 3/4 full with water. Add 1 tsp. salt. Bring to boil. Add pasta and cook 9-12 mins or until desired tenderness. Drain and set aside.
2.Meanwhile, in large sauté pan over med. heat add seasoned marinara, cover and simmer 7-8 min.
3.Drain seafood mix, remove lid and fold into sauce. Simmer uncovered 8-10 additional mins, until seafood is cooked through and breaks into bite size pieces. Overcooking seafood will cause it to be tough and chewy.
4.Serve over pasta and sprinkle with seasoned Parmesan cheese blend.
