Slow Cooked BBQ Pork Loin with Confetti Cornbread

Fast Lane Melt in your mouth pork is cut rib style, all meat without the bone! Our pork is smothered in a tangy, southern style sauce. This is a great crockpot entrée or bake slow for a hearty homecooked meal with our Finishing Touch Confetti Cornbread.


Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
Prepare Confetti Cornbread per the cooking instructions included.
1. Cut thawed pork loin in half lengthwise. Then cut each half into three long strips.
2. Spray a large heavy skillet with nonstick cooking spray, place on med-high heat.
3. Brown pork cooking 2 � 3 min per side.

CROCKPOT
4. Add browned pork and sauce to crock pot.
5. Cook on low for 6 -8 hours.

Or OVEN
4. Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Add browned pork and top with sauce.
6. COVER with foil and cook at 325�F for 2 � - 3 hours.
