Honey Chipotle Pork Roast with Almond Green Beans

Fast Lane Enjoy our juicy pork roast topped with a sweet honey chipotle glaze and hints of garlic. Serves deliciously with our Finishing Touch Almond Green Beans. A great dinner for entertaining.


Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 350�.
2.Remove pork roast from package and place fat-cap (white) side up on sprayed baking dish. Cut a 1/2 inch deep, crisscross X-pattern into top of roast.
3.Massage bag of honey chipotle glaze to blend, and spread half of the glaze on top of the roast. Bake for 45 min.
4.Cover roast with remaining glaze, and bake an additional 30 min. (internal temp. of 145�F.). Remove roast from oven, let rest 5-10 min. and slice into 1/4 inch slices.
5.Meanwhile, prepare Almond Green Beans per the cooking instructions included.
