Chicken and Pasta with Lemon & Artichoke Sauce

Guest Favorite Natural chicken breasts lightly coated in a Parmesan crust are served with a light, fresh lemon Alfredo sauce and cavatappi pasta.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Fill large covered pot 3/4 full with hot water. Add 1 tsp. salt and cover with lid. Bring to boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook 9-11 min. or until desired tenderness. Drain, return to pot, and add alfredo sauce mix to pasta. Cook on low for 5 min. Remove from heat and keep warm.
2.Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°F, spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
3.Using two-thirds of breading, make three piles onto baking sheet. Remove chicken from bag and press chicken into breading to coat both sides.
4.Sprinkle with remaining breading, and for a crispy golden crust, spray tops of chicken heavily with nonstick cooking spray.
5.Bake for 12-15 min. (Internal temp. 165°F).
6.Serve chicken with lemon and artichoke pasta.
