Steak Gorgonzola

Fast Lane Tender marinated steaks are topped with our savory, seasoned garlic butter and Gorgonzola cheese blend.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler to high or grill to med-high.
2.Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
3.Broil or grill on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side)
4.Place 1-2 Tbsp. gorgonzola butter on each steak. Broil or grill for 30 sec. letting it melt over steaks.
5.Remove from heat and let steak rest for 5 min.
