Mini Turkey Meatloaves with Bacon Ranch Green Beans

Mini turkey meatloaves topped with a brown sugar and stone ground mustard glaze. Served with Bacon Ranch Green Beans.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Bacon Ranch Green Beans per separate cooking instructions provided.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Place seasoning mixture and turkey patties into a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Shape into 6 balls (slightly larger than an egg) and place each portion into muffin tin.
3.Evenly distribute glaze on the top of the muffin loaves. Bake 25-30 min., until brown with crisp edges (internal temp. 165°F).
4.Let rest 5 min. before serving with Bacon Ranch Green Beans.
