Campfire Grilled Pork Chops with Chipotle Maple Corn

Fast Lane Summer Celebrations: Delicious, tender, juicy pork chops covered with a smoky garlic rub.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Chipotle Maple Corn per separate cooking instructions provided*
1.Preheat broiler/grill to med-high.
2.Remove pork chops from package and add to Campfire rub bag. Reseal and toss to coat completely.
3.Broil or grill pork chops 3-4 min. per side (internal temp. 145°F). Allow chops to rest 5 min. before serving.
4.Serve with Chipotle Maple Corn.
NOTE: Overcooking will cause pork chops to be tough.
