Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Remove pork chops from package and add to Campfire rub bag. Reseal and toss to coat completely.
2.Preheat broiler or grill to med-high and allow seasoned chops to rest 10 min at room temperature.
3.Broil or grill pork chops 2-3 min. per side. Allow chops to rest 5 min. before serving.

NOTE: Overcooking will cause pork chops to be tough.
