Campfire Grilled Pork Chops with Rosemary Garlic Potato Wedges

Delicious, tender, juicy pork chops covered with a smoky garlic rub. Served with Rosemary Garlic Potato Wedges.

Medium Prep time: 20-25 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Rosemary Garlic Potato Wedges per separate cooking instructions provided*
1.Preheat broiler/grill to med-high.
2.Add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt to Campfire rub. Massage bag to combine.
3.Remove pork chops from package and add to Campfire rub bag. Reseal and shake bag to coat completely.
4.Broil or grill pork chops 3-4 min. per side (internal temp. 145°F). Allow chops to rest 5 min. before serving.
5.Serve with Rosemary Garlic Potato Wedges.
NOTE: Overcooking will cause pork chops to be tough.
