Fast Lane Our tender, juicy flank steak seasoned with savory spices is grill ready and perfect for entertaining.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat grill or broiler on med-high.
2.Massage steak in sealed bag to evenly coat with herb rub. Let rest at room temperature for 30-45 min. prior to cooking.
3.Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 4-7 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-8 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 6-9 min. per side)
155°F for medium well (about 7-10 min. per side)
4.Remove from heat and let steak rest for 5-10 min. before slicing thinly, against the grain at a 45° angle.
