Asian Sticky Ribs

Fast Lane Asian-style smoked and marinated ribs cook in under an hour. Hoisin paired with lime, sesame oil and honey create a perfect sticky glaze with a little kick.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1. Preheat oven or grill to 350F. Carefully pour glaze into a small sauce pan and simmer 4-5 minutes to thicken.
2. Meanwhile remove ribs from package and place meaty side up on double-layered sheets of aluminum foil, long enough to wrap a whole slab of ribs (place on a baking sheet if using oven).
3. Brush half of the Asian sticky glaze over both sides of the ribs. Seal the packet tightly, being careful not to puncture the foil.
4. Place ribs in oven or grill and cook for 50 minutes.
5. Remove ribs from heat, and carefully open. Top ribs evenly with remaining glaze.
6. Broil/grill on high 3-5 minutes until they just start to crisp. Cut between individual ribs with kitchen shears or knife. Serve.
