Asian Sticky Ribs

Asian Sticky Ribs

Asian-style smoked and marinated ribs topped with a hoisin, lime, sesame oil and honey sticky glaze.

Medium Prep time: 65-75 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven or grill to 350°F. Carefully pour glaze into a small sauce pan and add desired amount of sriracha. Turn to med. heat and simmer 4-5 minutes to thicken. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
2.Meanwhile remove ribs from package and place meaty side up on double-layered sheets of aluminum foil, long enough to wrap a whole slab of ribs (place ribs and foil on a baking sheet if using oven).
3.Brush half of the Asian sticky glaze over both sides of the ribs. Seal the packet tightly, being careful not to puncture the foil.
4.Place ribs in oven or grill and cook for 50 minutes.
5.Remove ribs from heat, and carefully open. Top ribs evenly with remaining glaze.
6.Leaving foil open, broil/grill on high 3-5 min. until they just start to crisp. Let rest 5 min.
7.Cut between individual ribs with kitchen shears or knife. Serve.
