Guest Favorite Sliced sirloin beef and white American cheese are piled high with onions and bell peppers and layered on a traditional Amoroso hoagie roll.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In sauté pan over med-high heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and sauté vegetables 5-6 min. Set aside.
2.In same pan, add beef and sauté 6-7 min. until fully cooked. Pour off any excess liquid.
3.Remove from heat and add cheese, folding into beef to melt.
4.Toast buns under broiler 1-2 min. Evenly distribute veggies, top with beef and cheese mix.
