Greek Chicken with Lemon Feta and Almond Green Beans

Guest Favorite Chicken breasts are marinated in a traditional combination of lemon, oregano and olive oil and topped with fresh lemon slices and tangy feta cheese.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Almond Green Beans per separate cooking instructions provided.*
If cooking in OVEN:
1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Top each piece of chicken with a slice of lemon. Drizzle remaining olive oil from lemon bag evenly over chicken and bake for 12-15 min (Internal temp 165°F).
3.Top chicken with 1 heaping tsp. of feta cheese and broil 1-2 min. to slightly melt cheese.
GRILL
1.Remove chicken from marinade.
2.Grill chicken 4-5 min. per side. Grill lemon slices 1-2 min. per side.
3.Top chicken with lemon slices and feta. Allow feta to slightly melt, remove from grill (Internal temp 165°F).

Prep time: 15-20 min.
